Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and at the Einstein Initiative we believe meditation is the key to connecting with the spirit and accessing the knowledge from within. We have combined meditation techniques and methods in all of our work practices because we know how important it is to our research.

The key to unlocking this knowledge within is to meditate regularly.  Remember also that when working with spirit, meditation is vital in keeping the spiritual link, connection and communication strong.   

So far we have discovered that meditation has many health benefits for the well being of the mind and physical body. It is also important to remember that meditating is not only used to link in with the spirit world, it is also used for oneself. Meditation can also be used to relieve stress, help us understand more about ourselves and help us look deeper into our subconscious mind, something we too often ignore.

There are many ways to go into meditation and once you have mastered the technique that is right for you, you will find yourself in a place of calm, almost as if drifting off to sleep. We have emphasised the importance of finding what is right for you. You will eventually find the right place and time of the day where you can dedicate yourself to meditation.

When having your first meditation session you should feel as comfortable as you can and start off small. For example, meditate for 10 minutes only for the first few times. 

When you meditate on a deep level you will be able to free yourself from your thoughts and feelings and focus on your intuition, the force that guides you and strengthens the connection with your personal and spirit guides. By developing your intuition through meditation, you will open a communication channel for your spirit guides.

Do not cross your legs! Allow the energy to flow from the ground and upto your entire body.


Try something different - humming
Humming heightens the vibrations and at the same time lowers the frequency, physically, rather than spiritually. You will feel strangely light headed, the lips, and sometimes the palms of your hands, vibrating. You concentrate on the chakra points and hum from the stomach.
